Curatorial Statement In this era of rapid digital evolution, the question of whether "digital has a soul" is not only exciting but also filled with fear. In the "Digital Soul" exhibition, presented jointly by ArtX Gallery and the GenAI Summit. This exhibit will invite audiences to explore the concept of a digital soul together. As technology advances to the point where it can simulate and even replicate human emotions and cognition, how will humans interact with such entities? This exhibition is not merely a display of artworks; it is a profound exploration and open dialogue about this core issue. Through a series of innovative digital artworks, we explore whether artificial intelligence can exhibit the complex emotions and deep thinking characteristic of humans. These works challenge traditional definitions of the soul and existence, leading viewers into a potential future where artificial intelligence becomes an 'other' with independent consciousness. Our exhibition aims to spark reflections on the possible future directions of relationships between artificial intelligence and humans. In this "Digital Soul" exhibition, we are not just showcasing art; we are exploring the future. This is a collision of ideas, a foresight into the future, and a deep integration of culture and technology. We hope each piece will inspire deep thought and guide you to ponder the existence and meaning of the soul in the digital age.
