Artist statement

People in the world have different appearances. Based on this, we recognize each person as a unique existence, but at the same time, we sometimes make the mistake of falling into wrong prejudice by dividing them into a specific group. In this work, I try to explore a more fundamental reality by blurring the boundaries between these external shapes through transition. The characters in works created based on generative AI constantly change in terms of race, gender, and age. This fluidity appears to be more similar to our reality, which circulates in terms of relative time and space. In the flow of continuous transition, the unique aura of the characters collapses, showing that they are fundamentally no different from each other
