Jiang Haiping,  was born in Yantai, Shandong Province in 1990. She began to learn traditional meticulous painting at the age of ten, and later studied sketching, quick sketches and oil painting. She graduated from the Media Creativity major (in the direction of contemporary art and experimental video) of the School of Creativity, Shanghai Theatre Academy in 2013.

In the early stage, she was engaged in the work of film and television screenwriting and directing. Later, she lived in many countries and turned to serious literature and contemporary art. She uses various media, such as digital media, conceptual photography, installations, painting, etc., to express social thoughts. The themes involve anti-war, class solidification, marine protection, civilization retrospection, etc., and her works have been exhibited in art exhibitions at home and abroad.
